Finance/Office Manager First Staffing Shelby, NC 28151 Company Overview Join a rapidly growing manufacturer in Shelby, NC.. We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support our finance and office functions. Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end close. Handle accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), including invoicing and purchase orders (POs). Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal and state tax requirements. Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, wires, and ACH payments. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Analyze financial data to improve cost efficiency and profitability. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts. Maintain and improve financial controls and reporting processes. Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise, Google Drive, and Outlook for reporting and documentation. Oversee credit management and vendor communications. Key Criteria – Must Have Extensive, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise in a Manufacturing or Distribution environment, including inventory management. Minimum 2 years of Accounting and/or Bookkeeping experience, with direct involvement in A/P, A/R, and purchase order workflows. HR experience is a plus, but not required. Skills & Experience Required Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop (specifically in manufacturing/distribution contexts) including inventory management. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and able to collaborate across departments. Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
