We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational functions of our environmental remediation company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing office operations within the environmental services industry. This role requires a proactive individual capable of ensuring compliance with industry regulations, managing documentation, and supporting field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and state-specific regulations related to environmental remediation activities.
Documentation:
Maintain and organize essential documents such as permits, licenses, safety records, and project files.
Financial Coordination :
Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting to support company profitability.
Human Resources Support :
Oversee employee onboarding, training coordination, and maintain personnel records.
Client Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and coordinating project logistics.
Project Support:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources for field operations.
Safety Programs:
Implement and monitor safety programs to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in office management, preferably within the environmental remediation or construction industry.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with environmental regulations and remediation processes, including asbestos, mold, and lead abatement.
Skills:

Education:
