That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care. The Office Manager is responsible for the overall client experience at their Emily Program site. This includes office logistics, provider support, team leadership and client relationships. They will work with the Site Director, operations and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional experience for each client. In addition to managing administrative operations, they will work with clients and families to provide a personal and meaningful connection as the “on site” point of contact. The Office Manager plays a critical role in welcoming new clients into care at The Emily Program and strives to increase conversion and decrease cycle time from registration to program admission (e.g. entry into Outpatient and Intensive Programs).

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm . How Office Managers Empower Recovery Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of site’s operations: plan, direct, and coordinate operations of site in close partnership with Site Director (non-clinical and clinical) Responsible for leading site administrative team and affecting site operations to ensure a warm, welcoming environment Manage and oversees building and suite key assignments as well as parking pass management, if applicable to site Monitor suppliers (contractors—ie: maintenance, special deep cleaning janitorial services, etc.) to ensure efficient and effective services are provided within site budget limits Drive personal and/or company vehicle for work purpose, including client transportation, as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Previous leadership experience strongly preferred 2+ years’ experience in an administrative support or customer service role in healthcare setting desired Active driver license and ability to drive personal and/or company vehicle What we offer:
