Overview Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)

7:00 AM – 4:00

PM Work Setting:

This is a hybrid/onsite position, working three days per week at the nearest CTC location to you. We have a total of 14 CTC clinic locations across the state of North Carolina.

Winston-Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Winston-Salem, NC, is part of Acadia Healthcare’s Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our mission is to provide full-circle care that includes a blend of therapies and the use of safe and effective medications. Our team is the front line of our fight against the opiate epidemic. We have a total of 14 CTC clinic locations in the state of North Carolina. Your Role as

Regional Office Manager:

The Office Manager will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the office and/or administrative support workers. The Office Manage will manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities under the direction of the Clinic Director.

Job Responsibilities:

Management of Opioid Settlement Funding (Approx. 1.03M+) : Monitor and track spending across six opioid settlement grants and one justice grant. Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and financial requirements. Coordinate and manage the allocation of funds to meet both operational and strategic goals of the clinics.

Data and Financial Reporting :

Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly data and financial reports for all six opioid settlement grants and the justice grant. Maintain accurate records of grant disbursements and expenditures. Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure all reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Soliciting Patient Satisfaction Surveys :

Organize and manage the distribution of patient satisfaction surveys for all clinics in North Carolina. Analyze feedback to enhance service quality and ensure clinics meet the needs of the communities they serve. Support with Prior Authorizations (as needed) : Assist clinics as needed with prior authorizations, ensuring patients have access to the necessary treatments and medications.

Staff Training & Development :

Train new administrative staff across all current and upcoming facilities. Ensure staff are proficient in clinic procedures, financial management systems, and compliance with opioid settlement and grant-related regulations. Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:
