We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, including accounting and payroll, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software applications. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Assist with our accounting and tax services Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication. Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering and ADP Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and report generation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing client needs effectively. Experience Previous experience in bookkeeping and in an administrative role is required. Strong customer support skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
