The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in clerical duties, and the ability to handle payroll and vendor management efficiently. The Office Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making excellent communication skills essential. Duties Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and clerical tasks. Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and vendor management. Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Manage phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies. Support management with various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. NC Notary is needed. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications. Familiarity with human resources practices is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage phone systems and front desk operations efficiently. Detail-oriented mindset with strong clerical skills.
