$38.1K – $43.5K a year 15 hours ago Qualifications Assisted living Mid-level Interviewing Full Job Description The primary responsibility of the Resident and Business Office Services Coordinator is to assist with resident move-ins to Assisted Living and Independent Living and act as Business Office Manager for the Harbour and the Village.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Meets with families who have committed to a move-in and coordinate paperwork, contract signings, and other billing information to ensure a successful move-in to Assisted Living. Maintains accuracy on all resident trust accounts (withdrawals, deposits, monthly balance, prepare monthly statements) Shows available apartments, rooms, and suites to potential residents. Completes work orders to ensure the apartment complex is maintained and in good condition. Prepares and submits reports in accordance with established guidelines. Assists with performing inspections on dwelling units Semi Annually to ensure lease compliance in accordance with Lease Agreement. Assists with interviewing, conducting background screening, and paperwork of potential residents. Assists with execution of leases and certification and unit inspections with residents upon move in and move-out. Assists with collection of rent and all other fees and charges when due, and issue receipts for same. Forwards deposit rents, security deposits, and daily deposits to the Business Office of EveryAge and the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Minimal Education:

Two years of college education preferred in Business or Human Services.

Minimal Experience:

Successful housing, senior or assisted living, experience preferred. Business Operations experience in Assisted Living
