We are looking for a person who is: 1. Responsibilities Passed SIE exam

  • “the face of the office”, able to greet, email, telephone clients.

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger Perform checks of the posting process Complete tax forms Enter data, maintain records and financial statements, KYC Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner 2. Skills Tech Savvy Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Computer systems and processes. Knowledge of Quickbooks online is beneficial. Ability to find solutions to enable a transition the office from paper to digital. Organized and Attention to Detail manage client files from entry to exit; track status of work going on in the office, and update clients regularly. assist when and where necessary to enable team success. Proficiency in English and in MS Office Desire to learn accounting and tax in order to assist with day to day and respond to client queries. Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Customer service orientation and negotiation skills Flexible hours. Lovely work environment.
