Mooresville, NC 28115 Providence Partners , an engineering firm headquartered locally, is seeking to hire a full-time experienced Assistant Office Manager to join their team! We are looking for candidates who are professional and highly motivated with a great attention to detail. The ideal must be able to work independently as well as within a team setting. This individual will provide direct support for the Office Manager and work closely with engineers and field staff in project administration. This position can earn over $50,000 per year! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER
As a full-time Assistant Office Manager , you are an important resource to our clients as well as our internal teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office operations including, but no limited to: answering client phone calls, scheduling appointments/site visits for clients and our engineers, generating quotes/estimates, generating reports, and following up on all outstanding and past due payments as needed. In addition, you will work to resolve an array of emerging situations by providing appropriate solutions to clients’ questions with accuracy and efficiency, and following up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction. All while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and ensuring client accounts are current. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively with our clients via phone and email to provide them with information and the knowledge to complete operational processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and desire for teamwork. Experience with Microsoft Office and an aptitude to quickly learn other internal computer programs and processes. Well-organized, efficient, dependable, and accurate. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously. Minimum of 2-4 years experience office management experience is a must. Experience in the construction or engineering industries is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently A pleasant personality is a must!
