The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with proficiency in various accounting software, including

WORD, EXCELL.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment. Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records. Perform general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Handle accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors. Assist with corporate accounting tasks, including balance sheet reconciliation and debits/credits management. Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems. Collaborate with team members to support budgeting and forecasting efforts. Provide administrative support as needed, including clerical duties related to accounting functions. Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger accounting. Proficiency in

WORD AND

EXCELL or similar accounting software is preferred. Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable functions. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
