Executive Administrative Assistant Office Manager

As we grow, we are seeking a trusted and capable Office Manager who will directly support the CEO and play a key role in managing business operations. Role Summary This part-time position (30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values autonomy, and is excited to grow alongside the business. You will be responsible for administrative oversight, financial process coordination, project support, and executive assistance. The right candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of being a true right-hand partner to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Manage CEO calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting agendas/minutes
Monitor and respond to company communications on behalf of executive leadership
Maintain vendor files, digital documentation, and key contracts
Process accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks (or similar)
Reconcile invoices, generate AR/AP reports, and assist with financial tracking
Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel, and event logistics
Support operational projects and streamline office workflows
Oversee general office functions and serve as the primary vendor liaison
Provide support for onboarding, HR coordination, and performance tracking Qualifications 3+ years of experience in office management, executive admin, or business operations
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion
Comfortable with multi-tasking and independently managing priorities
