Position Summary:

The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations, working closely with the location manager, sales team, and customers. This person will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, provide customer service, and ensure the office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Prepare and organize documents for meetings and internal use Draft professional correspondence on behalf of management or teams Perform general office tasks, including filing, report generation, and meeting setup Assist customers both in person and over the phone with professionalism and patience Maintain clear communication with sales account managers and other team members Support a positive, team-oriented office environment

Qualifications:

Prior office management or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service skills Must be dependable and flexible with a willingness to learn Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience in slab sales, slab showrooms, or the building materials industry is a plus Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
