THE ROLE
The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact at Fitch Irick Corporation. This involves responding to internal and external inquiries in person, on the phone and on-line. This role serves as administrative support for various departments including Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Compliance, Field Management and others. Serve as Office Administrator running the day-to-day operations and developing excellent working relationships with all departments. Handles all incoming phone calls and directs to appropriate department or individual per specific departmental guidelines Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing mail and shipments. Ensure mail is delivered to the appropriate parties in-office and ensure mailing supplies are kept organized, up-to-date, and well-stocked. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual or department. Administrator for FedEx, UPS, USPS, postage machine, and any other postage or delivery services Ensure office supplies are organized and well-stocked. Ensures office equipment is maintained and contacts vendors for assistance when needed. First point of contact with building management. Ensures office, restroom, and kitchen supplies are maintained, effectively staying within budget. Ensures office is maintained in a neat and professional manner. Responsible for overseeing the scheduling for corporate office conference rooms. Organizes the files for various departments either electronically or paper files. Any other tasks as assigned by the employee’s supervisor/manager and/or in accordance with business needs.

2+ years of Office Administrator and Microsoft Suite experience
Physical Abilities:
Office work, stooping, lifting, and bending occasionally (up to 50 pounds).
