The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, providing exceptional front desk support, and coordinating office activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage employee relationships effectively. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties and administrative support. Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access to important documents. Oversee compliance management, including communication and coordination of services. Assist with data entry of guard information for registration purposes.. Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication. Support Senior Management tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with the State Director to improve office processes and enhance productivity. Experience Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on office management or clerical duties. Familiarity with NC Private Protective Services Registrations is a plus but not required. Demonstrated ability in time management and organizational tasks. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups. Proficiency in using office software and equipment to facilitate daily operations. Proven track record of setting and achieving company goals. Professional in appearance and communication.
