OFFICE MANAGER CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Reports to:

General Manager/Chief Operating Officer Supervises:

None Education and/or

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance or Hospitality
  • Private club experience is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
    Daily Operations:

    Managing office equipment, supplies, and facilities; maintaining organization and cleanliness; handling mail and deliveries.

      Financial Management:

      Processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.

        Human Resources:

        HR tasks such as onboarding, employee record keeping, and payroll processing.

          Member Relations:

          Providing excellent customer service to members, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.

            Communication:

            Answering phones, responding to emails, and communicating with members, staff, and vendors.

              Administrative Support:

              Preparing reports, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records.

              Skills and Qualities:
              • Strong organizational and time management skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
              • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Building relationships with members and staff.
              • Proficiency in
              Microsoft Office Suite:

              Utilizing software for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

              • Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge: Managing financial transactions and reports.
              • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills: Addressing member inquiries and resolving issues.
              • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Collaborating effectively with other staff members.
              • High attention to detail and accuracy: Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining professional standards while handling confidential matters.
