Job Description

Office Manager / Practice Manager LB&J CPAs 5936 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28212 If you are a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining an organized workspace, we encourage you to apply for the Office Manager position.   • Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Manage calendars for appointments, meetings, and events
  • Supervise office staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Coordinate vendor management including ordering supplies and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures for smooth operations
  • Assist in collection of unpaid invoices and billing discrepancies
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in office management or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
