Key Responsibilities General Office Administration:
Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and front desk duties Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records Oversee calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings efficiently Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails) professionally and promptly Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors Assist with office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions Maintain the overall condition of the office space
Financial & Administrative Support:
Maintain financial records for the company Assist with bookkeeping tasks Perform medical collections and follow up on outstanding accounts Complete authorizations for patient services with insurance companies Manage medical billing processes, ensuring accurate coding and timely submissions
Medical Office Support:
Utilize EHR systems to maintain and update patient records Assist in the preparation of medical documentation and reports Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies Maintain therapists’ schedules Complete credentialing procedures Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in medical office administration Experience with medical billing, coding, and completion of authorizations Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively Degree from an accredited college or university in Medical Office Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field If you are a proactive individual with a passion for organization and customer service, apply today to become an essential part of our team!
