As we grow, we’re seeking a trustworthy, organized, and people-centered HR & Office Manager to support the administrative backbone of our business and serve as a key resource to our leadership team. Position Summary The HR & Office Manager will be a central support figure for Seaview’s “Core Four” leadership team, ensuring smooth administrative, HR, and office operations. This person will be responsible for managing people systems, data organization, employee onboarding, bookkeeping tasks, scheduling, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives in a dynamic, multi-location environment. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & Team Support Coordinate and support all new hire onboarding and orientation Maintain accurate employee files and HR records Assist with employee scheduling, time tracking, and PTO management Serve as a point of contact for staff questions and HR issues Help develop and deliver training tools and internal communications Uphold a positive, professional, and confidential HR environment Administrative & Office Duties Answer phones and direct inquiries professionally Manage internal communications, forms, signage, and updates Keep key files, documents, licenses, and compliance records organized Assist with company calendar, event coordination, and office supplies Serve as a bridge between the Core Four and retail/kitchen staff for operational updates Bookkeeping & Financial Admin Support basic accounting tasks including: Accounts Payable (A/P): invoice entry, vendor payments, receipt tracking Accounts Receivable (A/R): invoicing, payment collection, deposit tracking
Reconciliations:
matching transactions and helping close out months Assist with payroll prep, benefits tracking, and insurance communication
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of experience in HR, admin, or office management roles Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience working with small-to-medium business teams Trustworthy, discrete, and reliable with confidential information Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and phone/email systems Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, team-oriented business
Preferred:
