Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Pelton Aggregates Company Wilmington, NC We are looking for someone to offer assistance within the on-site sales office with answering phones, invoicing orders, setting up deliveries, generating reporting as well as face to face customer interaction. The right fit for this position would be for someone who is exceptional at multi-tasking and has worked within the construction or aggregate industry. Overtime is mandatory as our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 7am – 5pm. This position opens and closes the office.
