The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and be proficient in various financial software applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management. Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records. Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection. Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks and Sage for bookkeeping tasks, including double entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting. Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all financial reporting and transactions. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review. Collaborate with public accounting firms during audits or tax preparation processes. Train and supervise administrative staff, fostering a productive work environment. Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and account reconciliation. Proficiency in financial software applications such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other relevant tools. Familiarity with GAAP standards and public accounting practices is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
