Office Manager/Bookkeeper Rowe Tree Company Inc. Currie, NC 28435 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Proficient in Quickbooks; payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and Microsoft Office software. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and exceptional customer service abilities Duties Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records using computerized systems, including QuickBooks for financial tracking. Assist with onboarding new employees and provide training on office procedures. Skills Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload effectively. Quickbooks experience and proficiency.
