The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and proficiency in various office management tasks. This is a dual function role is essential for maintaining an efficient workflow and providing support to both McKinney Insulation and McKinney Rental Properties. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with a warm, helpful attitude. Manage emails, schedules and appointments Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records for both McKinney Insulation and McKinney Rental Properties. Utilize QuickBooks for financial management, invoicing, and bookkeeping. Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Receive and record rental payments from tenants and prepare daily deposits. Receive and record invoice payments for insulation jobs and prepare daily deposits. Reconcile bank statements monthly. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication. Experience Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Experience in data entry with a keen attention to detail. Background in customer service. Familiarity with front desk operations and office management best practices.
