Office Manager/Controller Uwharrie RV 138 Highway 740 Byp E, Albemarle, NC 28001 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a productive work environment. This role requires effective communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting staff, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Oversee clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Coordinate event planning and logistics for company meetings, training sessions, and other gatherings. Handle calendar management for executives and staff, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed. Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial management tasks including invoicing and expense tracking. Manage phone systems, ensuring calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately. Support sales office management tasks if applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Assist in onboarding new employees by providing necessary training on office procedures. Experience Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with event planning processes is a plus. Proficient in using QuickBooks and other office software applications. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in filing and record keeping. Experience with calendar management and phone systems is essential. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
