Office Manager 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars Knightdale, NC 27545 Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager, who will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office by overseeing administrative functions and support operations. This role involves managing staff, finances, customer relations, and contributing to marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and a passion for enhancing the quality of services provided.
Responsibilities Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff. Manage payroll, benefits administration, and time off. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching/discipline as needed. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Financial Management:
Prepare invoices, manage accounts receivable, and collections. Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses. Analyze financial variances and report on financial status.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems. Evaluate system results and update procedures as necessary.
Customer Relations:
Maintain excellent customer relationships through conflict resolution and ensuring professional service from office and field staff.
Marketing Support:
Assist with marketing campaigns, including email and online advertising. Manage online reviews.
Record Keeping:
Develop and maintain organized filing and retrieval systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience in staffing, quality management, and process improvement. Proficiency in using office software and technology, including Quickbooks and Google Suite. Experience in scheduling and efficient service route management.
