We are looking for a talented Regional Office Manager to join our dedicated team at our office located in Cary, North Carolina . In this role, you will perform administrative duties for all levels of personnel, serve as an information manager for the management and staff, and plan and schedule meetings and appointments. In addition, you will organize and maintain paper and electronic files, manage projects, and conduct research. Additional Responsibilities Establish, maintain, and oversee office procedures. Monitors annual overhead and capital equipment budgets. Answers and fields incoming phone calls to the area, takes messages, and forwards calls if applicable. Schedules meetings, conference calls, and appointments. Books meeting rooms, reserves necessary equipment, and sets up outside catering as necessary. Sorts and distributes incoming mail, faxes, FedEx, and UPS packages and prepares outgoing correspondence and packages. Schedules and manages the travel arrangements (airline, car, and hotel accommodations) of the management and staff of the department. Creates and maintains databases, filing systems, logs, and reports necessary for the company or department to access quickly and efficiently. Orders catering for office meetings and events. Helps plan and coordinate office events. Assists in organizing office events as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

6+ years of general business/administrative experience, preferably in an Engineering/Architect or Pharmaceutical setting. 3+ years of management responsibility including supervisory and office management. Proficiency with Adobe/Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications An Associate’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
