Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee and manage our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience , be a quick learner , and possess excellent multitasking abilities. You’ll wear many hats and play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence. Manage day-to-day administrative duties to support dealership operations. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing, and company policies. Address and manage customer complaints with professionalism and follow-through. Assist with legal documentation and coordinate with legal professionals when needed. Maintain records, manage office supply inventory, and organize internal documents. Hire and train new administrative staff and support onboarding processes. Coordinate across departments and help streamline internal communications.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry is a must. Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and legal document handling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership software (e.g., DMS). Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in hiring or supervising administrative staff. Familiarity with NH DMV regulations and dealership operational requirements.
