Job Description:

Office Administrators ensure the smooth running of company’s offices and contribute in driving sustainable growth for our agents and the company. They’re responsible for overseeing the maintenance of office systems & ensure an efficient & productive work environment for our team of brokers & agents. They’re the keepers of the keys—every resource our agents need. They’re also responsible for knowing company operational and administrative procedures and for sharing this knowledge with our agents as needed. They work independently but occasionally consult with and support senior executives as well as cover other offices remotely as needed. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Requirements and Skills:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership/support skills Familiarity with office management procedures Particular attention to details to ensure accuracy & completeness Excellent knowledge of Google Suite apps High school diploma; degree in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Responsibilities:

Coordinate office operations to secure compliance to company policies Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support banking and bookkeeping procedures Maintain the office cleanliness between office cleanings Track inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary After training and competency assessment, review all agent contracts for accuracy & completeness and tasking agents for any corrections needed. Create & maintain digital & printed listing presentation packets Assist and support colleagues whenever necessary Join our team. & join our success.

Job Type:
Part-time Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends
