The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and exceptional organizational skills, enabling them to handle various administrative duties efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain professionalism in all interactions while providing excellent customer service. Duties Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members, ensuring timely updates and reminders. Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining organized records and documentation. Utilize Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Communicate effectively via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with the preparation of documents using DocuSign for electronic signatures. Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Organize files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important information. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Assist delivering vehicles for maintenance. Requirements Proven experience as a Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on maintaining professionalism. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
