Summary We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team at Community Crossroads. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our mission to provide quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The Office Manager will oversee administrative functions, manage staff, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization, in addition to supporting some essential HR functions, and coordinate day-to-day IT needs. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support. Coordinate event planning and logistics for community outreach activities. Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies. Handle phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette is practiced by staff. Manage office supplies, procedures, and workspace setup Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, background/reference checks, and staff file maintenance Conduct monthly compliance checks (e.g., OIG) and track required trainings Support employee engagement initiatives Coordinate IT needs with vendors and manage tech inventory Provide basic tech support and onboarding setup for staff Requirements 3+ years in office management or administrative leadership. Experience supervising staff and supporting office functions. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Nonprofit or human services experience a plus.
