Business Office Manager Assistant:
Assist with Medicare billing processes, claim submissions, and follow-ups Support FCC (Financial Control and Compliance) documentation and reporting requirements Maintain accurate patient financial records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Communicate with residents, families, and insurance providers about billing and account information Collaborate with the Business Office Manager on audits, month-end reporting, and reconciliation Assist with employee time tracking and payroll preparation Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper handling of confidential information Provide general office support including filing, document preparation, and system data entry Work closely with admissions, clinical, and medical records departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of administrative or billing experience in a healthcare setting Hands-on experience with Medicare billing, regulations, and documentation Familiarity with FCC reporting and compliance standards Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude
