com is looking for an articulate and proactive HR professional with a minimum of 5 years experience to positively impact the recruiting, training and corporate culture of the company. This position is an in-office role in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Experience working at a Start-up or a Tech company highly preferred. DUTIES Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations. Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates and conducting employee evaluations. Oversee performance management systems to ensure employee development aligns with organizational objectives. Negotiate employment offers and manage onboarding processes for new hires. Utilize ADP Workforce Now for personnel files, reporting and updates. Administer workers’ compensation programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational growth and adaptation. Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment. SKILLS Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for both employees and the organization. Proficiency in performance management techniques and employee evaluation processes. Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations to ensure workplace safety. Strong familiarity with ADP Workforce now and benefits Experience in interviewing techniques that promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce. Ability to implement change management strategies that support organizational goals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Strong knowledge of onboarding, I9’s and tax information, along with VISA Sponsoring as needed.
