Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, and brings a sense of order and calm to the day-to-day flow of the clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the hub of the office — coordinating, supporting, and keeping everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations to ensure administrative processes run efficiently Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate staff meetings Answer phones, respond to emails, and facilitate communication within the office Use QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting Assist with payroll records and light HR tasks Support compliance and organization for medical office functions Develop and maintain systems to improve workflow and organization Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role (required) Excellent organization and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Very comfortable with digital tools (email, Google Drive, calendars, etc.) Quick to learn new platforms (e.g., EMRs or scheduling systems) Discreet, professional, and committed to confidentiality Why Join Us?
