We are a full-scope Oral Surgery center serving south/central New Jersey and the Philadelphia area community. We are multi-surgeon facility and want to add a new team member to be part of our busy and growing practice.

At this time, we are looking to hire a Office Manager/Treatment & Billing Coordinator who is organized, task driven, and presentable to patients and referrals-a naturally friendly demeanor is key. This dual-role position requires leadership in managing the daily operations of the office while also coordinating patient treatment plans and financial arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, dental or oral surgery experience, and a passion for patient care and operational efficiency. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Oral Surgery Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator at Prousi Oral & Facial Surgery, LLC, located in Greater Philadelphia. The role involves handling day-to-day office tasks, managing administrative assistance, coordinating treatment plans, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing office administration. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills 4-year College Degree or Associate’s Degree preferred Proficiency with EMR, preferably WINoms 2-3 years of experience in oral surgery or healthcare administration is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes
