Job Details Key Responsibilities:
Maintain client recordsand assist with billing and invoicing as needed Manage officetasks, ordering supplies, maintaining organization, andcoordinating with vendors and/or clients Create and manage reports,ensuring accuracy and timeliness Provide administrative support,assisting with documents, scheduling, and correspondence Manageoffice calendar and coordinate meetings Prepare materials forclient meetings and presentations Take initiative to identify needsand improve office workflow bookkeeping & tax related work
Requirements:
Ideally 5 years as an Office Manager for anAccounting Firm; Experience with a Law Firm potentially nice tohave as well! Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel(creating spreadsheets, reports, and data management) Ability totake ownership of tasks and manage multiple priorities with minimalsupervision Interested in hearing more?
