We are seeking adynamic and experienced Permanent Title Manager/Senior TitleOfficer to join our fast-paced legal team. This role isinstrumental in managing all aspects of title operations, includingbut not limited to real estate transactions, title issues, escrowmanagement, title searches, easements, restrictions, liens,mortgages, title opinions, and abstracting. The ideal candidatewill be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of thelegal industry and an ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects ofthe title operations, including real estate transactions, titleissues, escrow management, title searches, easements, restrictions,liens, mortgages, title opinions, and abstracting. Ensure all titleoperations comply with local, state, and federal laws andregulations. Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, andclients to ensure smooth transactions. Resolve complex titleissues, including but not limited to, researching and interpretinglegal descriptions, deeds, and other real estate documents. Prepareand review title abstracts and title opinions. Manage and maintainrelationships with lenders, real estate agents, and clients.

Provide guidance and support to junior staff members. Conductregular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of title filesand documents. Develop and implement strategies to improve theefficiency and effectiveness of title operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or relatedfield. A minimum of 10 years of experience in title operations, intitle examination, abstracting, or title closing services Provenleadership experience running or managing a title company or titledepartment Licensed Title Agent (must meet state licensingrequirements Strong understanding of local, state, and federal lawsand regulations related to title operations.
