Office Administrator w/ QuickBooks 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Wharton, NJ 07885 Job Overview Wharton-based company seeks a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with experience using QuickBooks Desktop. This is a temporary position through approximately end of August 2025. Responsibilities Work in the company’s small office to help run their business day-to-day Manage and maintain office schedules Track inventory, invoice clients, and keep track of purchase orders Utilize QuickBooks Desktop edition (interacting heavily with inventory module and invoicing) Record reconciliations Receiving invoices from vendors, bills of lading, invoices for customers Dealing with transportation haulers to customer Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role or office position is required Familiarity with vendor management practices is desirable Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required Exceptional clerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required Join a dynamic team as an Office Administrator where you can contribute to the efficiency of company operations while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment!
