  • Vulnerability We’re looking for a driven and dedicated executive assistant to the Brokers of our Real Estate Organization, Chris Schwarz & Tim Loomis.

This is a full-time, hybrid position! Your job will be to work directly with Tim & Chris, playing an integral role in managing the organization of their calendar, helping support systems, upholding excellent communication, and assisting with everything from tiny, mundane tasks to larger, business-moving projects. Our ideal candidate has a high level of organizational skills and the ability to handle/manage stress as well as pivot when necessary without frustration. Resiliency and grit are must-have skills to exceed in this role. The ability to create and implement processes & structure from a simple idea or concept is ideal. Clear, concise communication and an understanding of time efficiencies are a must. The ideal candidate possesses a natural spirit of contribution and volunteerism, and a strong initiative to seek out what needs to be done and DO IT. Is this you? Responsibilities

  • Provides complete administrative support
  • Understands Google Suite, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and can work seamlessly within these programs
  • Helps create & build efficiency systems to drive productivity within the team
  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with the preparation of documents using electronic signature software
  • Supports Management with a “will-do” attitude, no task too big or too small
  • Is punctual, organized, able to take constructive criticism, and has a growth mindset
  • Is committed to building something special; this is a ground-floor opportunity working directly with high-producing, high-capacity individuals who are working to build something BIG Qualifications
  • Administrative Experience – 2+ years experience preferred
  • Quickbooks and/or financial reporting experience with P&L/Balance Sheets a plus
  • Follow Up Boss and/or other CRM experience a plus
  • Effective communication skills (ability to “close the loop”)
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Google Suite including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Sites
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & to-do’s
  • Takes initiative
  • Is an implementer – can take a project and see it through, driving outcomes at every step along the way
  • Isn’t afraid to push back and believes “the best idea always wins”, regardless who has the idea
  • Is HIGHLY organized

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:

$42,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
