This is a hands-on role that supports daily operations, helps coach staff, and ensures a smooth experience for every guest. We’re seeking someone reliable and adaptable, with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts—including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays—as needed. Key Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff during assigned shifts and ensure service standards are consistently met Assist with training, scheduling, and ongoing support of Guest Service Agents Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness Manage early arrivals, late departures, and room assignments in PMS (Stayntouch experience a plus) Support Night Audit and reporting processes as needed Help maintain a positive, solutions-oriented team environment Qualifications 1-2 years of front desk experience in a hotel setting Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction Must have flexible availability , including weekends and holidays About Us The Pod Hotels deliver efficient, stylish stays in the heart of NYC.
