Bookkeeper/Office Manager Gregson-Clark Spraying Equipment Caledonia, NY 14423 Overview Gregson-Clark is a leading manufacturer of commercial sprayers and liquid handling equipment for professional lawn care, tree care and many other industries. We are based in Caledonia, NY with sales nationwide. Our current Bookkeeper/Office Manager is retiring. This is a full-time position; however, the hours can be flexible. We offer paid training, health insurance, IRA, and profit sharing. Responsibilities All office operations including but not limited to: A/R, A/P, Banking, General Ledger, In-house Payroll, H.R. Sales Tax Returns, Compliance reports and audits, Filing Requirements AAS Accounting degree or equivalent experience Microsoft Word & Excel Sage 50 experience a plus Strong attention to detail Able to work in a fast-growing team environment Communicate effectively and closely with owners, managers and sales team In house (not remote) Flexible – 30-40 hours per M-F week How to
