Construction Administrator schedule will be Monday-Friday, first shift – this position will be in office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain/Update Bidding Spreadsheet Download and extract bidding documents Work with estimating team to coordinate estimating spreadsheet Proof read proposals, send to General Contractors Print and scan drawings for estimators Administrative duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel High school diploma or equivalent Strong Communication and Time Management Skills Previous experience in construction a plus Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented
