Full Time Bookeeper/Office Manager Company:
General Contracting Company Responsibilities:
Maintain and oversee all financial aspects of the business Bank account reconciliation Accounts payable Transaction entries Organizing and filing source documentation Work closely with owner to maintain accurate and prompt financial reporting General office duties: answering phones, correspondence with clients, reviewing purchase orders
Requirements:
2 years bookkeeping experience Full knowledge of Quickbooks platform Detail-oriented Willingness to grow with the position Construction experience (a plus but not required)
Hours:
30-40 hours per week
