What You’ll Be Doing:
- + Overseeing the administrative functions of the law office, including scheduling, supplies, and staff coordination + Managing client billing and office financials using
- QuickBooks
- , including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting + Serving as a key point of contact for client communications—responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and addressing billing questions + Writing
- professional, client-ready emails
- and internal correspondence without the use of AI tools—strong written communication is essential + Supervising administrative staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow across the office + Supporting attorneys with calendar management, filing systems, and compliance with internal procedures + Coordinating with vendors, IT, and building management as needed + Assisting with HR functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and file maintenance + Managing budgets, cost controls, and supply inventories •
Who We’re Looking For:
- + •3+ years of office management experience•, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment + •Proficient in QuickBooks•with hands-on experience managing accounts payable, invoicing, and reconciliations + Excellent •written and verbal communication•skills—must be able to independently craft clear, professional emails and client correspondence + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; legal billing or practice management software a plus (e.
