Job Description
My client is a dynamic and growing investment firm committed to delivering innovative financial solutions and strategic investment management. They’re seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join their team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the workplace. Role & Responsibilities The role will entail a variety of tasks, including: answering the phone, booking/scheduling travel and appointments, managing calendars, drafting letters/emails and updating/maintaining our contact database. The assistant will primarily support the firm’s two managing partners, though may also help the junior members of the team with administrative tasks. The role will also include taking care of minor personal administrative tasks for the managing partners. In addition, the position includes office management duties such as bill processing, file and records organization, document processing and keeping the office supplies and kitchen stocked. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
