The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various areas of law, including but not limited to civil litigation, court proceedings and service matters. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal in supporting attorneys with case preparation, client communication, and administrative tasks within a fast-paced law office environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information for cases. Perform data entry and maintain organized case files and records. Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars efficiently. Communicate with clients regarding case updates and necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines. Support the team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Conduct administrative duties related to office management. Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant/ Office Manager or in a similar role within a law office is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new legal concepts.
