This fast-paced, multi-faceted role combines procurement, vendor management, client coordination, and bookkeeping, serving clients across the financial, legal, and non-profit sectors. RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement for clients and company Track and document client and company orders and inventory Manage shipping/receiving of client and company orders, including any shipment claims Create and review quotes for client needs Invoicing and some bookkeeping Audit software billing Keep documentation of position and company procedures Update client documentation in CRM Manage vendors Replenish office supplies and provisions Assist in onboarding of new hires Help plan in-house or offsite activities, parties, conferences, etc.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Solid Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Skills Prior bookkeeping experience (Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred) Superior communications skills. This is the hub of our team. Experience with Quotewerks a plus Experience with Autotask a plus
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Prior experience as an office manager or administrative assistant Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Ability to learn software quickly Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly Superior time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
