Office Manager 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 295 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017 Well-established Manhattan private practice seeks Office Manager.
This is a combination of:
admin work (scheduling, scanning, paperwork, communications), training and management (your staff is in their early 20s), and customer service / operations. Role is on-site between two offices (Midtown and LES); M-F 8:30-6. Salary is ~80-100K (DOE) + benefits. 5 – 8 years of experience preferred, Must be: > Spanish-speaking >Able to keep a staff of 10 medical assistants and front desk receptionists on task >Possessing of great customer service skills (can deescalate angry patients / customers quickly and skillfully) If you’ve worked in food service, hotel, or high volume retail — this could be for you.
