The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, provide administrative support to school leadership and staff, and coordinate internal and external communications. This multi-faceted role requires excellent communication skills (English and Spanish), a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a range of responsibilities in a dynamic school environment. Full-time, 12-month position Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a professional manner. Knowledge of the basic teachings of the Catholic Church. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities. Proficiency in proofreading to ensure high-quality written communication. Strong interpersonal skills to foster an efficient school environment and supporting educational excellence through effective administrative practice. Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and reception area. Provide general administrative support to the principal and teaching staff. Prepare, organize, and distribute school documents, reports, and notices. Assist with the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and school events. Coordinate logistics for field trips, school events, and parent meetings. Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed. Organize office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-stocked environment. Perform clerical duties including filing, composing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy. Confidentiality of student and staff records. Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication channels within the office. Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Required Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in an office management role is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field a plus. Proficient with FACTS SIS and

TUITION MANAGEMENT

; NPSIS. Proficient in all Microsoft Office/Google Programs. Knowledge of and prior use of office equipment (copiers, computers, etc.). Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Salary Range :

$30,000-$50,000
