Temp to Hire
8am-4:30pm M-F
$21.63/hr. ($45k annual) or DOE
Employee would be tasked with handling many facets of the small business.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Special Order Logging
Bank Deposits
Mail and E-Mail Processing
Managing Filing
Bookkeeping
Answering the Telephone and Taking Messages
Additional Administrative Support as Required
Qualifications:
Prior Experience as an Administrative or Office Manager is strongly preferred

Analytical Abilities
Excellent Attention to Detail
Good Interpersonal Skills
Computer Skills – Microsoft Office (and Sage 50 Accounting Preferred)
Bookkeeping skills
