The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations and requires a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with regulatory standards. Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor the organization’s liquidity and financial health. Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Perform journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis and budget forecasts. Interpret financial data to provide insights for management regarding operational efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Support private equity initiatives by preparing relevant financial analyses and reports as needed. Skills Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong knowledge of corporate accounting practices and principles. Experience with regulatory reporting requirements. Excellent skills in financial report writing and interpretation. Familiarity with cash flow analysis techniques. Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar accounting role is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
