Office Manager – Fulton, NY 13069 Patterson Warehousing, Inc. 100 Hubbard Street, Fulton, NY 13069 Answering phone calls and providing responses or directing the caller to the appropriate personnel Welcoming on-site visitors, determining the nature of business, directing visitors, and/or notifying them to appropriate personnel Providing callers with basic information such as company address, directions to company location, company fax numbers, and other related information Usage of MS Excel and other receiving software Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery details, etc. Responsible for managing the process of inventory counts and order requests Education Requirement High School Diploma Preferred Experience At least 1 year
